SaveBox.Us does not accept any responsibility for what you may do with the suggestions or recommendations provided by this site.

SaveBox.Us grants to you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive license to use this hosted software in accordance with the terms contained in this license.

ANTI-SPAM AND PROHIBITED USES

SaveBox.Us prohibits the use of the SERVICE in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("SPAM"). Prohibited uses of the SERVICE include but are not limited to: * Instant Message Spam * Comment spam on blogs, message boards, guestbooks, etc. * Links to illegal content * Links to malware, worms, viruses or other executable files * Links to casino, gambling, replica, drug/pharmacy websites * Search engine spamming * Using SaveBox.Us as links to images in forum (or chatroom, guestbook, ...) avatars, signatures and similar We will notify the ISP or access provider of any spamming activity by an individual, and prompt them for action against that person. Using the SERVICE in any way for spamming purposes, whether directly or indirectly, will expose an individual to legal action.

SERVICE TERMINATION

SaveBox.Us reserves the right to terminate Licensee's account without notice if the Licensee does not use the SERVICE according to these Terms and Conditions or to Licensee which we, at our sole judgment, think is inappropriate to be a Licensee of the SERVICE. All decisions by SaveBox.Us are final.
